2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on atm88. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. atm88 reserves the right to reject, suspend, or close any account found to be using false, duplicate, or incomplete information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. atm88 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless you have reported any unauthorised access to our team.
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or our systems.
- Opening multiple accounts to avoid limits or restrictions.
- Colluding or cooperating with other players to commit fraud.
- Attempting to hack or interfere with platform functionality.
Atm88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, hacking activity, or any conduct that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final.
3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the atm88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name. atm88 does not accept payments made on behalf of third parties.
Deposits must be made via supported payment methods such as FPX or local e-wallets. All deposits are subject to system verification before being credited to your account. atm88 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests can only be processed once account identity verification is complete. Funds will be credited to the bank account registered with atm88 within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit, atm88 reserves the right to correct the mistake without prior notice. Any winnings received as a result of a technical error are considered void and will be reclaimed.
